So I’m the only one completely disappointed with this? Seems pretty poor only including 3 extra songs on each, 2 of which have had previous official releases.

What about live material from the period of some bonus DVD footage? Maybe don’t need to go all out like the deluxe Ten box but this just feels half-hearted.

  • King Cornell 20

I’m with David partly, but still psyched for this release.

  • The Incredible Mr. Mark Arm

i am buying, this first day

  • Max

Cready Stomp is the only song I haven’t heard off the 2 albums. I can’t help but feel disappointed

  • Maverick785

I already have Crazy Mary and Hold On, unless these version are different from what’s already available. I may just wait for a holiday and ask for the box set.

  • david james

    sell outs haha

  • Maverick785

Hey, why isn’t “Alone” on Vs.? The version from the “Go” single is better than the version from Lost Dogs. This would have been a great opportunity to give it a wide release.

Speaking of great opportunities, I really hope there’s going to be a live DVD in one of these packages.

  • zob

is this tracklist even official yet?
amazon isnt the most reliable source, they just tend to list whatever to get people to pre-order…

  • Craigory52

Hold On and Crazy Mary are awesome songs! But we’ve all already heard them. I’m looking forward to hearing the versions of Corduroy, Better Man, and Nothingman though!

  • nicb115

Anybody have info on this Pearl Jam with Layne song?

When and where was this recorded?
It had to be from around VS/Vitalogy

Am I the only one who is just discovering it?

  • Robert

Great tracklist and probably worth buying.

  • Jack

nicb115, check out this link from the Pearl Jam forum. That song’s by some band named Downface. If this song was an Alice in Chains/Pearl Jam collaboration, it would be common knowledge, and it probably wouldn’t have the same name as an existing Pearl Jam song.

As for the reissues, I am hoping there will be deluxe versions with additional content.

An earlier post from someone named David on this site said the following, his information regarding bonus tracks checks out so far:

The forthcoming reissues of Vs. (1993) and Vitalogy (1994) will feature “previously unheard bonus tracks (including an alternate version of “Corduroy” and a guitar-and-organ version of “Betterman”), an entire 1994 Boston show and a cassette from their Monkeywrench radio series.”

  • David

Yeah, I posted that quote after a previous story about these reissues. It came from Rolling Stone if I remember correctly.

  • Ed

    Extremely disappointed

  • Jason

I am wondering why “Hold On” is on Vs. when even though it says that it is from the Vs. sessions, Pearl Jam issued a correction on Pearl that says it was done on the Ten sessions.

  • raso

anyone noticed that the song Hold on sounds like recorded just before release of this reissue ?? eds voice sounds old like these days.

  • Mitchel

Right here is the perfect web site for anyone who hopes to find out about this topic.
You know so much its almost tough to argue with you (not that I personally will need to…HaHa).
You certainly put a brand new spin on a subject that has been
written about for ages. Wonderful stuff, just great!
