PHOTO OF MELVINS FRONTMAN KING BUZZO AT THE WORLD SERIES IN SAN FRANCISCO

Melvins frontman King Buzzo was spotted in the crowd at tonight’s second game of the Major League Baseball World Series between the San Francisco Giants and Texas Rangers.  Above is a photo I took for the telecast on FOX.

Did they say “and there’s King Buzzo of the Melvins” or was this just a random crowd shot with “look at that dude’s hair?” I’m going with the latter as my guess.

    Random crowd shot.

Why is Buzz wearing a panda hat? oh…

I was watching the game and was shocked to see Buzz. Go Giants

I noticed him immediately. They were actually focusing the camera on the 4 older peeps in front of him wearing their satin Giants jackets when I said “Holy Chit! It’s King Buzzo!” He could be seen every time a right handed batter was up and they used the outfield camera angle. He was blurry, but his hair was always visible. Seen Melvins for 25 years starting in 86, greatest moment was seeing a cover of Black Flag’s “I Love You” during soundcheck in 93?

Wow he must have had so many people around him asking for autographs. He is such an icon. Everybody knows who he is.
