David Silveria was the drummer for nu metal group Korn from 1993-2006. He was included in the albums Korn, Life Is Peachy, Follow the Leader, Issues, Untouchables, Take a Look in the Mirror, and See You On the Other Side. After the band’s seventh studio album, Silveria left while being replaced by Ray Luzier. Silveria is currently in the alternative rock group Infinika. According to TMZ (yes, we know, not the most credible source), “legal documents” state that ex-Korn drummer is attempting to sue Korn. These documents also show that Silveria claim his leave in 2006 was only a hiatus rather than a permanent quit. They also explain that he never gave up his ownership interest in Korn and still deserves a share of the profits. As of now, there has been no public statement by Korn or Silveria regarding these supposed “legal documents,” but the claims do seem likely considering the past negative comments Silveria has had towards the band. Stay tuned for more info regarding the case.
